After going to see what is now one of my favorite musicals "Avenue Q", the Bad Idea Bears came home with me and spawned a cub.
Though, the cub, just as cute as its parents, does not have the monumentally bad ideas of them. Oh no, it is too little. It just spews tiny bad ideas that have the tendency to grow into large ferocious ones.
One of which being this blog.
As I have no time to function on life’s important tasks already, the blog is destined to become a humongous time sucker from which the stress of performing general activities of daily life will now be compounded.
But I hear her calling…
“I will be sooooooo sad if you do not blog. My life will be meaningless and I will cry. - sniff”
Okay. Here I am. Taking a small step into the larger universe of many hours I will never get back.

I used to love to cross stitch in my free time - but I haven't done it in ages. This site makes me want to go take my stitch bag down off the top shelf in my closet and start all over again. Natureza Viva is an interactive flash cross stitch game to get people aware and involved in the environmental cause. Rather fun - you can virtually stitch next to people. Yeah - i'm geeky like that. I need more craftyness back in my life I think. Perhaps I'll start back with one of these kits.

So we can't have dogs or cats at work but nobody said nothing about dinosaurs! I was given this lovely egg for easter and now i've submurged it in a half a water bottle at work to let it hatch for the next 24 hours. Supposidly it continues to grow even after it hatches. Can't wait to see what my dinosaur looks like when he/she emerges.
